Richmond Rotary Club International Dinner Foundation Fundraiser

Saturday, June 8 · 6 - 9pm @ First Christian Church (412 W. Main)

The Rotary Club of Richmond is hosting its annual International Dinner Fundraiser for the Rich- mond Rotary Foundation. The Richmond Rotary Club was founded in 1923 to promote Rotary International’s goals of Service Above Self. We are a member-supported 501(c)4 non-profit that brings together members of the community to perform acts of service in Richmond, Eastern Ken- tucky, and the world.

The Annual International Dinner will raise funds for our associated 501(c)3 Foundation. The Foundation makes grants to local causes, partners with other Rotary clubs to fund larger grants in the areas of Rotary Service, and carries on the Rotary campaign to eliminate Polio. This year’s proceeds are earmarked to support Enrich, an organization dedicated to reintegrating those who are homeless, recovering from addiction, or freed from prison into the Madison County Community as productive citizens. It will also fund Rotary community grants and PolioPlus.

Our success depends on the generosity of our members and community sponsors like you. Please invest in our community by choosing one or more of the following Sponsorship Levels.

Sponsorships can be made by check or by credit card at our Eventbrite page.

Workshop Series Postponed while HVAC renovations are completed in the Venue. Workshops to resume Fall 2024

CALL FOR PRESENTERS

We are SO excited to announce the 2024 Enrich Workshop Series!

The 2024 Enrich Workshop Series is an inaugural community initiative hosted by Enrich to connect our community with resources. To start, workshops will be held at Enrich on a recurring monthly basis. Workshops will take place the third Thursday of each month beginning Fall 2024 – all are welcome. Workshops will cover diverse topics including (but not limited to) financial literacy, parenting, expungement assistance, re-entry simulations, and job interview training. Enrich is seeking presenters for the aforementioned workshops, as well as additional workshops that align with Enrich’s Mission and that would better our community. Once presentations are confirmed, we will update this page to advertise upcoming workshops and opportunities.

ENRICH PRAYER MEETING

At Enrich (110 S. Second Street Richmond, KY 40475) on Third Saturday of every month from 9-10am.

Join us to pray over Enrich and our community for the first time in 2024.

Enrich Work Sessions

Enrich will be holding several work sessions in the coming weeks that will involve demolishing walls (pulling dry wall and wooden walls, pulling rotten studs, replacing rotten wood in the floor), loading dumpsters with the debris, and cleaning these areas to put in new walls. We are making way for new bathrooms, a new hallway, and our structured sober living community!

**These work sessions are likely to include heavy lifting and exposure to mold. Volunteers should take their health and ability into consideration regarding these specific work sessions. These next few work sessions would not be appropriate for young children or those with respiratory concerns.**

Dates TBD

Times TBD

Feel free to bring whatever tools you may have to assist us in demolition. Please bring a mask and gloves for yourself, if possible. We should have some extras if you do not have one.
