Stronger Together…
A shared mission, a collective impact—this is where community partnerships turn into life-changing support.
A first-of-its-kind initiative in Kentucky, the One-Stop Hub is a living testament to what’s possible when community partners unite. Designed to be a seamless access point for critical resources including recovery support, housing, employment, healthcare, and more. The One-Stop serves as a bridge between those in need and the services that can help them thrive.
Our story…
A topic of community needs assessments, town halls, and collaborative planning for many years, Enrich formally announced the creation of the Madison County One-Stop Resource and Referral Hub in 2024. From its inception, the One-Stop was designed as a replicable model — a framework that can be adapted and implemented to strengthen local resource ecosystems and improve access to essential services in communities across the Commonwealth. This initiative was developed in direct alignment with Enrich’s mission, established in 2020, to “maintain a dialogue between families, community organizations, and governmental partners to coordinate and operationalize the most effective outreach methods and programs for the community we serve.”
Through a series of thirty progressive community meetings, Enrich and its partners refined the vision for the One-Stop and secured grant support from the Kentucky Opioid Abatement Commission. With staffing resources in place and a pilot program finalized, the One-Stop officially opened its doors on July 1, 2025, at 409 N. Third Street in Richmond, Kentucky.
The program was originally projected to serve 3,000 check-ins within its first year of operation. Instead, the overwhelming community response underscored the urgency of the need, with more than 3,000 check-ins recorded before the close of the third month. Today, the One-Stop is supported by more than 100 community partners, forming a coordinated network of efficient and effective services. By sharing information across agencies and organizations, the Hub reduces duplication, strengthens collaboration, and ensures that people are connected more quickly and more effectively to the resources they need. These services are continually evaluated for impact, allowing our community to adapt, improve, and respond to the most urgent needs of the people we serve.
One of its kind in Kentucky — and created without a blueprint to follow — the One-Stop is continually scrutinized and evaluated by its leadership and community partners to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. It is designed to be a program with generational impact: a resource that not only meets today’s needs but also evolves with the community. Meticulously structured to pivot as priorities shift, the One-Stop is built to adapt, strengthen, and grow over time, ensuring its relevance and sustainability for years to come.
